Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "Member") and ace33 (hereinafter referred to as "ace33", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the ace33 online gaming platform accessible at https://ace33.cam (the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies, rules, or guidelines published on the Platform from time to time, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform regardless of location, device, or method of access. ace33 is operated under an international gaming license. Malaysian users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with applicable Malaysian laws, including but not limited to the Betting Act 1953 and the Common Gaming Houses Act 1953.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a User on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a User's Account, excluding bonus funds unless stated otherwise.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or other incentive awarded by ace33 subject to specific promotion terms.
• "Deposit" means the transfer of real money from a User to their ace33 Account via a supported payment method.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required of all Users.
• "Platform" means the ace33 website, mobile web application, and all related services accessible at https://ace33.cam.
• "Wagering Requirement" or "Rollover" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn.
• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of real-money funds from a User's Account to their nominated payment method.
• "Supported Payment Methods" means Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX, as listed on the Platform.

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on the ace33 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your Account. ace33 strictly prohibits gambling by individuals under the age of 21.
2. You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
3. You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the ace33 Platform or from any other online gambling platform due to fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct.
4. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
5. You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which access to or use of online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.
6. You must not be an employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of ace33 or any of its affiliated companies or gaming providers.

One Account per person, per household, per IP address, and per device is permitted. ace33 reserves the right to close duplicate Accounts and to apply any winnings or losses from a duplicate Account to the User's original Account.

Account Registration & KYC Verification

To access the real-money features of the Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted during sign-up, including a valid email address, mobile phone number, and date of birth. You must keep this information accurate and up to date at all times.

KYC Verification is mandatory for all Users before any withdrawal can be processed. The following documents are required:

• A valid, government-issued photo ID — your Malaysian National Registration Identity Card (MyKad / NRIC), driver's license, or passport;
• Proof of residential address — a utility bill, bank statement, or telco bill issued within the preceding three (3) months;
• A clear selfie photograph of you holding the submitted ID document.

ace33 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, or compliance with anti-money laundering obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

All documents submitted for KYC are processed through ace33's secure member portal and are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Typical verification time is 24 to 48 hours following complete document submission.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

Deposits may be made using any of the Supported Payment Methods listed on the Platform, including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX. The minimum deposit amount is RM30. The maximum deposit per transaction is RM30,000 for bank transfers and RM10,000 for e-wallet methods. These limits are subject to change and the current limits applicable to your Account will be displayed on the deposit page.

Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. ace33 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. ace33 does not charge fees for deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed only to Verified Accounts. Withdrawal requests are subject to anti-money laundering checks and may be delayed if further documentation is required. ace33 aims to process most withdrawal requests within 15 to 30 minutes via DuitNow and Touch 'n Go eWallet during normal operating conditions; however, this is a target and not a guarantee.

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit where technically possible. ace33 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.

ace33 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse any withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or failure to complete KYC verification.

Bonuses & Promotions

ace33 offers various promotions to its Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion:

• Wagering / Rollover Requirement: All bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "rollover" or "wagering requirement") before any related winnings may be withdrawn. Rollover requirements typically range from X10 to X20 and are stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While bonus funds remain active in your Account, the maximum permitted bet per spin, hand, or round is typically capped at RM50. Placing bets exceeding this limit during an active bonus may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Game Contribution Rates: Different game types contribute to rollover requirements at different rates. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Table games, including baccarat, blackjack, and roulette, typically contribute 10% to 20%. Certain games may be excluded from bonus play entirely. The current contribution rates for each game category are listed on the Promotions page.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses must be used within the validity period specified in the promotion terms, typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of claiming. Expired bonuses and any associated uncleared winnings will be removed from the Account automatically.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Certain promotions specify a maximum amount that may be withdrawn from bonus-derived winnings, regardless of the total amount won.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit bonuses through multi-accounting, arbitrage betting, the use of automated systems, coordinated play, or any other method deemed by ace33 to constitute bonus abuse will result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all balances, including real-money funds.

ace33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are intended for recreational players only and are not available to professional or syndicate betting operations.

Gameplay Rules

All games on the ace33 Platform are operated in accordance with the rules published within each respective game. In the event of any discrepancy between on-screen instructions and the game's official rules, the official rules shall take precedence.

Game outcomes on the Platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software for virtual games and by real-time events for live dealer and sports betting markets. These systems are subject to independent testing and audit to verify their fairness and integrity.

ace33 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where:

• A technical malfunction has materially affected the outcome;
• The bet was placed in error due to incorrect odds or game data being displayed;
• There is evidence of exploitation of a software bug or error;
• The integrity of the event or game round is in question.

In the event of a disconnection during a game round, ace33's server records shall be the definitive record of the outcome. ace33 is not liable for losses resulting from internet disconnections, device failures, or other technical issues on the User's side.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ace33 Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer games, or any other multiplayer format to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using the Platform for the purposes of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the Platform software, whether for financial gain or any other purpose;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ace33 staff, support agents, or other Players;
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal recreational gambling.

Intellectual Property

All content on the ace33 Platform, including but not limited to software, source code, databases, text, graphics, images, logos, audio, video, game content, and the overall design and layout of the Platform (collectively, "Content"), is the exclusive property of ace33 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any Content without the prior written consent of ace33.

Any unauthorized use of the Content may result in termination of your Account and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ace33, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling outcomes;
• Interruptions to Platform availability or service outages;
• Technical malfunctions, internet disconnections, or device failures;
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials;
• Any reliance placed on information published on the Platform.

In jurisdictions where limitation of liability is restricted by statute, ace33's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms shall limit ace33's liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or fraud.

You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. By using the Platform, you accept full responsibility for your gambling decisions. ace33 recommends that you only gamble amounts you can afford to lose.

Account Suspension & Closure

ace33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Suspected or confirmed breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including but not limited to payment fraud, identity fraud, or bonus abuse;
• A request by the Account holder to self-exclude or close the Account;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• A legal or regulatory requirement to do so;
• Inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms or fraud, any verified real-money balance remaining in the Account at the time of closure will be returned to the User via the original payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and standard anti-money laundering checks.

You may voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting ace33's support team. All outstanding wagering requirements and pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with these Terms prior to closure.

Responsible Gambling

ace33 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing a safe gaming environment for all Players. The Platform is intended for entertainment purposes only. You acknowledge that gambling carries the risk of financial loss and that the outcomes of games are determined by chance.

ace33 provides the following responsible gambling tools to all Members:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you may deposit into your Account.
• Session Time Reminders: Opt-in notifications that alert you to the amount of time spent in a gaming session.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent exclusion from the Platform. Once a self-exclusion is applied, it cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Request a short-term break from the Platform without permanent Account closure.

In summary, ace33 collects personal data for the purposes of Account management, KYC verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and providing customer support. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. All personal data is processed using industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ace33 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by agreement between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.

Prior to initiating any formal dispute resolution proceedings, you agree to contact ace33's customer support team in good faith to attempt to resolve the matter informally. ace33 commits to responding to formal complaints within five (5) business days.

Nothing in this clause shall affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable Malaysian law.

Amendments to These Terms

ace33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The date of the most recent revision is stated at the top of this page as the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Where amendments are material in nature — such as changes to withdrawal policies, bonus terms, or eligibility criteria — ace33 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Members via email or in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 11.
